This Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy has been prepared to explain what types of personal data are collected by Solo Grup Yapı, how such personal data is used, with whom Solo Grup Yapı may share your personal data, what measures are taken regarding the security of your personal data, what rights you have over your personal data processed by Solo Grup Yapı and how you may exercise these rights, as well as the retention period of your personal data.

As Solo Grup Yapı, in our capacity as the Data Controller pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this Information Notice has been prepared within the scope of Article 10 titled "Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform" and Article 11 titled "Rights of the Data Subject." It provides information regarding the purposes for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting your personal data, and the other rights listed under Article 11 of the KVKK.

Within the scope of the KVKK, all current information belonging to you that you have shared with our company shall be deemed as "Personal Data." Such data shall be stored in the most secure manner possible, in accordance with the conditions prescribed by the applicable legislation, for the period required by legal obligations, and in compliance with the legislation as well as the procedures and principles set forth below.

Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Solo Grup Yapı, acting as the "Data Controller," within the scope described below.

b) To Whom and For What Purposes Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our domestic and/or international affiliates or subsidiaries, domestic and/or international/public/private institutions and organizations, companies, third parties or organizations from which our company receives services, support, or consultancy, cooperates with, or acts together as a project, program, or financing partner, as well as to our affiliated companies, consultants, shareholders, solution partners, and other relevant persons, for the purposes of enabling our relevant business units to carry out the necessary activities for you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, customizing the products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, and carrying out our human resources policies.

Security of Your Personal Data

All personal data that you share with us shall be stored confidentially in the common database of Solo Grup Yapı in accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and shall not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Solo Grup Yapı implements security measures such as hashing, encryption, SSL, logging, access management, and physical security in order to protect information systems containing personal data against unauthorized access and unlawful data processing.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

With respect to the processing and use of your personal data, you always have the right to request information, request correction, modification, deletion, and withdraw the consent you have previously provided.

Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Your Personal Data

Personal data processed for the purposes specified in this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us when the purpose requiring its processing ceases to exist pursuant to Article 7/1 of Law No. 6698, and upon expiration of the retention periods prescribed under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code, after which such anonymized data may continue to be used.

Measures Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

The protection of personal data is of great importance to Solo Grup Yapı. Therefore, Solo Grup Yapı takes the necessary measures against unauthorized access to personal data or the loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of such information.

While storing personal data, Solo Grup Yapı uses generally accepted security technology standards such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. In addition, when you transmit your personal data to Solo Grup Yapı through the website or mobile application, such data is transmitted using SSL.

Furthermore, within the scope of Law No. 6698, additional security measures such as monitoring the circulation of personal data and logging access to such data shall also be implemented.

Solo Grup Yapı undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures, and to exercise due care to ensure confidentiality and security.

Despite taking the necessary information security measures, should personal data be damaged or fall into the hands of third parties as a result of attacks on the website or systems, Solo Grup Yapı shall immediately notify both you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Amendments to the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

Solo Grup Yapı may amend this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy from time to time to the extent required by its activities or as necessitated by legal requirements.
